Why isn't my coupon code/Voucher working?

There could be several reasons why your coupon code isn't applying. Please check the following:

1. Minimum Order Value: Make sure your cart total (excluding shipping) meets the minimum amount required for the coupon, such as INR 1500, 2500, or 3000.

2. Order Type: Confirm that the coupon is valid for the specified order type, like home delivery.

3. Cart Contents:

   • If your cart includes only discounted products, the voucher won’t apply to this order.
   • For a mixed cart with discounted and non-discounted items (e.g., bestsellers or limited online products), the voucher will only apply to the non-discounted items.

   Example: If the voucher is worth INR 100 on a minimum spend of INR 1500, the discount may adjust to INR 90 based on the number of discounted items in the cart.

4. “Up To” Discount: Please note that banners and voucher descriptions will reflect “UP TO INR 100/INR 200,” based on coupon terms. Ensure that all other communication specifies "UP TO" as well.

5. Proportional Distribution: The voucher amount will be proportionally distributed across eligible products, excluding discounted items, as is done currently.
